Position: Manufacturing Engineering Technician Needed ASAP!
Kelly Services is hiring a  
** Manufacturing Engineering Technician
** to work on site within a climate-controlled warehouse, servicing a premiere company located in Georgetown, TX 78628.  
** Resume required.*
* ** Shift:
** 7:00am - 4:00pm

** Pay Rate:**  $24.00/hr  **(Paid Weekly!!!)*
* A leading U.S. server manufacturing facility is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support setup, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production processes. This role works closely with engineers and production teams to ensure efficient, high-quality operations and supports new product introductions, ramp-up periods, and high-volume manufacturing.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues to minimize downtime

+ Set up, calibrate, and maintain manufacturing equipment and tooling

+ Assist with installation, validation, and qualification of new equipment and processes

+ Support process improvements, Lean initiatives, and data collection

+ Ensure all procedures comply with safety and quality standards

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support training and workflow optimization

* Qualifications:

*
* + Associate degree or technical certificate in Engineering Technology, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

+ 2-5 years in a manufacturing or engineering technician role (electronics/server manufacturing preferred)

+ Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills

+

Experience with equipment maintenance, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment
