* What You Will Do:

* As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a crucial role in supporting advanced production operations. Your responsibilities include:

+ Performing high-precision electro-mechanical assembly tasks based on test procedures, schematics, and diagrams.

+ Conducting testing functions to ensure product quality and functionality.

+ Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions, determining effective methods or actions to resolve issues.

+ Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient production flow and compliance with safety standards.

** Who We're Looking For:*
* Ideal candidates possess:

+ A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

+ 2+ years of electro/mechanical assembly or technician experience, or a technical associate degree in a related field.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret schematics, diagrams, and written instructions.

+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

+ Automotive and HVAC technicians are encouraged to apply, as their transferable skills are highly valued.

** Pay Details:**  $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
