Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Process Technician to own production floor efficiency on our injection molding line in Georgetown, TX. You will drive cycle times, machine uptime, and rapid troubleshooting within a robotics-enabled environment.
The role requires at least 3 years in plastics processing, mold setups, troubleshooting, and familiarity with state-of-the-art controls. Shift is First, hours 7 AM–3 PM, with a strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.
