Cel Link is seeking a Production Lead for weekend days in Georgetown, TX. This hands-on leadership role directs operators on the floor to ensure safe, efficient production with high quality, while coordinating workflow and priorities to meet targets.
During training, you’ll follow a standard 8-hour schedule. After onboarding, expect weekend day shifts (5:45 AM – 6:00 PM) with rotating weeks and 36–48 hour weeks, plus shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
