Job Description Summary
Baer Manufacturing is seeking detail-oriented and experienced Assemblers to join the growing team. Assemblers work alongside Journeyman Electricians and Apprentices assembling electrical products to specifications in a manufacturing facility in Hudson WI. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, an understanding of hand and power tools, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Job Description:- Read and interpret blueprints while receiving work directions and coaching from area Foreman.
- Gather and layout materials necessary for the assembly.
- Build conduit assemblies to prints while achieving on time customer delivery demand
- Wire VFD’s, motor starters, lighting and control panels.
- Complete panel boards, overhead racks, and threaded rod assemblies.
- Verify accuracy of work through quality control procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment focusing on 5s and Lean manufacturing principles.
- Notify supervisor of low inventory or faulty equipment in need of repair.
- Cut, strip, crimp, and route wires to connect electrical units.

Pay Scale: $16.85 to $32.56
