Amazing Care Home Health is seeking a dedicated pediatric patient‑care provider to deliver private‑duty nursing services in homes. This role focuses on individualized care, medication management, and collaboration with the healthcare team.
Schedule- Patient specifics / Female / 1 year old / gbutton
- Sunday - Saturday
- 6am - 6pm available
- 6pm - 6am available
- Full time OR Part time available
- Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
- Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records using a web‑based electronic medical records system.
- Active LVN License or RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail
