Contract RN - Emergency Department
This is a 13-week contract position.
Shift: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM; no on-call required; 4 weekend shifts per schedule.
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment. The Emergency Department is comprised of a well-balanced tenure of nursing staff, enhancing the overall patient experience in a supportive culture.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Perform procedures such as cardioversion, TNK, and moderate sedation.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 4:1 for effective monitoring and care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Must have ALS, BLS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department experience is required.
- Preferred: 2 years of ED experience.
