Are you a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking to make a real difference in the lives of others?

* Wellsential Health*, where you’ll provide hands-on care to residents in a supportive and team-focused environment. Whether helping with daily activities or offering a kind word, your role will be essential to the dignity and well-being of the people we serve.
* What You’ll Do:
** Assist residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
* Support nursing staff by reporting changes in residents’ conditions
* Help residents maintain independence while ensuring safety and comfort
* Document care and maintain accurate records
* Foster a positive, respectful environment with residents, families, and teammates
* Participate in shift reports and care planning as needed
* What We’re Looking For:

* * Current CNA certification
* in the state of Texas (required)
* Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus (but not required)
