- Supervise operation of Orbitrap Fusion Lumos with ETD/UVPD (Thermo), Q-Exactive (Thermo), and tims
TOF Pro (Bruker) mass spectrometers and related chromatographic equipment. - Develop workflows for the analysis of (glyco) proteins, their interactions, and applications of the methods to collaborative projects supported by the CTGRC.
- Join an interactive team of mass spectrometrists, informaticians, and glycobiologists to advance analytical workflows for (glyco) proteins.
- Minimum requirements:
PhD in analytical chemistry or related discipline and a minimum of 7 years hands-on experience with mass spectrometry of proteins; productive publication record. - Experience in glycoproteomics is recommended.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to work independently and in a collaborative research environment.
