Pay: $15 – $18/hour + tip share
- Sign-On Bonus: $500 – $1,000 (based on experience & tenure)

Mountain Mike’s Pizza is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant serving the Manor community. We are looking for a hands-on Shift Lead who can take ownership of the store during assigned shifts and lead both front and back-of-house operations.
This is a leadership role, not just a position — ideal for someone who wants to grow into management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team during shifts and ensure smooth daily operations
- Assign stations, manage breaks, and maintain proper staffing levels
- Ensure food quality, speed, cleanliness, and guest service standards
- Train and coach team members on the floor
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Open and/or close the restaurant as scheduled
- Manage POS, cash handling, and basic reporting
- Enforce food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate shift performance and issues to management
- Not a back-of-house-only position
- Not a “clock in and just work your station” role
- Not suitable for someone who does not want leadership responsibility
Top performers can grow into:

Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience (Shift Lead/Supervisor preferred)
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and customer service
- Proven reliability, attendance, and consistency
- Leadership mindset with ability to train and hold team accountable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English required;
Spanish is a plus - Valid driver’s license preferred
