As a Tecovas Sales Associate you will support the store leadership team in cultivating a store environment that meets an unmatched customer experience. You will provide exceptional service in all aspects of the sales floor—greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, cash wrap, restocking, and overall shopkeeping.

• Support a sales‑driven environment of genuine customer experience and demonstrate extraordinary service standards
• Deliver high‑quality product services with attention to detail—including branding, debossing, boot stretching, brim shaping, and boot shines—to ensure a premium customer experience
• Assist the store team with receiving shipments and preparing products for floor placement
• Plan for, track, and communicate all in‑transit shipment information to the leadership team
• Maintain an efficient and well‑organized stockroom ensuring accessibility to employees
• Assist in and/or lead the restock process to continually maintain store stock levels
• Demonstrate loss‑prevention awareness through assisting in cycle counts and transfers
• Participate in ongoing staff education and share product knowledge
• Assist in the maintenance of building facilities

• High School Diploma
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods and to reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel while organizing and stocking inventory
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
• Must be able to reliably commute to and from the work location
• Must be available to work 15–20 hours per week
• Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), evenings and holidays as needed
