Sales Associate

We are seeking outgoing, energetic, positive sales associates to accurately represent our brand and provide exceptional customer service.

• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure compliance with all company and legal requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash and perform opening/closing procedures
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail or customer service environment
• Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day)
• Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
