Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team to fulfill merchandising needs for Nabisco brands. Responsibilities include stocking store shelves, maintaining displays, and building relationships with in‑store staff.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of store employees and collaborate with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps and capture photographs of displays.
• Ensure leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Monitor adherence to negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to deliver efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales through seasonal displays and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Self‑motivated with a professional attitude and ability to work independently.
• Permission to use personal vehicle for deliveries; mileage will be reimbursed.
• Ability to download and use related applications on a personal device.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience (plus).
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Georgetown, TX) or secondary locations (Pflugerville, TX; Round Rock, TX).
• Schedule availability:
  Saturday required; weekdays as needed; start times 5 am; 15‑20 hours per week.

Hourly compensation: $19.71 per hour. The position is a part‑time, irregular schedule with a minimum of 15 hours per week and a maximum of 20 hours, including Saturday duty.
