** Position Summary**

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll work directly with homeowners to help them understand their roofing and exterior needs—often related to storm damage and insurance claims.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, wants control over their income, and is open to learning a proven sales process.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-based pay.

** What You’ll Be Doing**

• Talking with homeowners in residential neighborhoods
• Setting up property inspections
• Educating customers on the roofing and insurance process
• Working with adjusters and project managers
• Managing relationships from inspection through completion
• Learning sales, communication, and leadership skills

** Compensation & Opportunity**

• Commission-based pay (1099)
• Uncapped earning potential
• Average projects range from $20k–$40k
• Average reps can earn $10k–$15k+ per month, with significantly more during storm season
• Advancement opportunities into leadership roles

• Sales experience is helpful, but not required
