Our Texas client is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join as a Non-Clinical Hospice Liaison / Sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare facilities and providers to promote our hospice services.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hospice referrals and admissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, and other referral sources.
• Educate potential referral sources on the benefits of hospice care and the services offered by our company.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth transition for patients from the referral source to our hospice services.
• Attend networking events and conferences to promote our company and build relationships with potential referral sources.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, hospice or home health strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of individuals.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines preferred.
• Must be able to travel within the designated sales territory.
