Outside Sales Representative Company Vehicle

Overview

Home Team, a leading pest management company, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to generate sales to homeowners across assigned areas.

• Reach out to homeowners via door-to-door visits, mail, and phone calls to generate sales.
• Build long‑term relationships with homeowners using patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate Home Team product benefits and pricing to current and potential customers.
• Complete accurate sales documents to provide Pest Control Techs with required information.
• Work independently, stay motivated, and think on your feet.
• Work flexible hours, including outdoors.

• Competitive pay $60K to $100K (salary + commission, uncapped potential earnings)

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• One year of experience preferred, but training will be provided.

• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
