Sales Assistant (New Home Sales) – Jarrell/Georgetown, TX

Seeking an energetic individual to support the new home sales team. You will be the primary contact for prospective buyers, maintain model homes, manage schedules, and assist with sales activities.

• Location: In-Person, Jarrell/Georgetown, TX
• Schedule: Every weekend required
• Pay: $18.00/hour plus $100 bonus per home closed

• Walk prospective buyers through model homes and showcase possibilities.
• Manage calendar, set appointments, and maintain customer momentum.
• Maintain the appearance of model homes, ensuring a flawless, welcoming environment.
• Participate in training sessions designed to develop high-performing sales executives.

• Background in retail, hospitality, country clubs, or reception where customer experience was priority.
• Organized, punctual, and possess a valid driver's license.
• Ready to work weekends and dedicate effort to achieve rewards.
