Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Georgetown, TX. The Sales Representative will prospect and qualify new leads, follow up on inquiries, and build a strong pipeline of residential, multifamily, and commercial construction opportunities. Daily activities include conducting on-site visits, assessing customer needs, preparing and presenting proposals, and clearly explaining scopes of work, pricing, and timelines. The role involves collaborating with project managers and operations teams to ensure accurate estimates, smooth project handoffs, and high customer satisfaction.

The Sales Representative will maintain detailed records in the CRM, track progress against sales targets, and participate in local networking, community events, and industry outreach to expand Integro’s presence in the market.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in outbound and inbound sales activities, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in construction, roofing, or related industries.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling, active listening, and clear communication.
  • Experience preparing estimates, proposals, or bids and explaining technical details in a way that is easy for clients to understand.
  • Comfort with on-site inspections, site walk-throughs, and collaborating with field and project teams to align customer expectations with project execution.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including maintaining an up-to-date CRM and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused culture.
  • Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Prior experience in construction, roofing, or property management sales is highly beneficial; knowledge of residential, multifamily, or commercial projects is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to job sites, client meetings, and networking events.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or coursework in business, sales, or construction-related fields is a plus.
