We have plenty of leads to go around. The demand is there, we are just in need of hungry sales people who are top closers and are ready to work in a backyard luxury retail setting.
What you'll be doing- Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
- Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
- Run in-home estimates and present quotes that win on value, not just price
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
- Day 30:
Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets - Month 6:
Producing in the middle of the band — about $60K annualized - Year 1:
Top quartile clears $250K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
