We are looking for a proven hunter. The ideal candidate should have shown success in prospecting, negotiating, landing, and keeping customers. Experience selling in the construction market (especially residential construction) is strongly preferred. This candidate should be goal‑oriented, disciplined, and extremely motivated. We provide a significant amount of sales training, and we are looking for a naturally curious person who is interested in constant learning and improvement.
CompensationHigh base and the ability to make over $200,000 plus great benefits! Eagle Point offers a 401(k) with a company match, 100% of health care premiums are company‑paid for our base plan, ample paid time off, and more.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
- Generate potential leads for future sales
- Cold call on new leads
- Set and exceed quotas
- Formulate bids for builder flooring programs as well as one‑off projects
- Track and report sales in a CRM in an organized manner
- Communicate effectively with other members of the team
- Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
- Grow YOY Sales Revenue and Net Margin
