• Location: In‑Person, Jarrell, TX
• Schedule: Every weekend required
• Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour plus a $100 bonus for every home closed

• Expert Guidance: Walk prospective buyers through model homes and help them see possibilities
• Relationship Building: Manage the calendar, set appointments, and keep momentum
• Vibe Manager: Ensure the model home looks flawless and welcoming daily
• On‑the‑Job Growth: Participate in training sessions designed to turn you into a high‑performing Sales Executive

• Experience in retail, hospitality, country clubs, or reception with a focus on customer experience
• Strong organization, punctuality, and a valid driver’s license
