RV Service Technician - Diagnostics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced RV Service Technician with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in identifying problems correctly, performing quality repairs, and keeping units moving efficiently through the shop.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced working across multiple RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and mechanical components.

• Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, appliance, and mechanical systems
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on motorhomes and travel trailers
• Utilize diagnostic tools and service manuals to accurately identify issues
• Complete repair orders and documentation clearly, thoroughly and professionally
• Communicate repair findings and parts needs with service advisors and management
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Ensure all repairs meet company quality and safety standards

• Previous RV technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of 12V/120V electrical systems
• Familiarity with RV appliances, slide-outs, leveling systems, generators, and water systems
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license required
• RVTI certification is a plus
