- Perform landscape enhancement services including spring & fall cleanups, seasonal planting, flowerbed cleanups, installation and removal, grading and leveling, drainage solutions, sod prep/install, granite/gravel/paver walkway/pathway install, paver patio prep/install, stone bed borders, tree ring borders, and retaining walls
- Experience and/or license in Irrigation repair/install a plus
- Safely operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to a bobcat, skid steer, dump trailers, chainsaws, and tillers
- Proper handling of all materials
- Execute strong attention to detail and personal integrity
- Supervise a team up to 3 people while performing the delivery of services
- Supervise daily proper & safe equipment maintenance and repair
- Address customer questions, comments, and concerns
- Manage daily clock in/out of team members, as well as, start/finish times of scheduled jobs
- Manage job task planning and organization, to ensure necessary tools, equipment and materials are readily available
- Ensure jobs are started/finished on time
- Punctual, professional, & self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
- Proactive leader and self-starter who can interact with our clients, prospective clients, and team members
- Able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines
- 2 years experience in this or a related field
- 2 years previous supervisory experience
- Honest, detail oriented, problem solver, with a positive attitude
- Thrive in fast moving environments, have a great attitude and love to work outdoors
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 pounds & willing to work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to accept verbal and formal training
- Current and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean record
- Must have experience driving a truck and trailer
- Subject to pre-placement drug testing and background investigation
