• Repair and enhance our community by maintaining plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting needs. On‑the‑job training will be provided as needed.
• Be a creative problem solver attentive to detail, managing time well and learning quickly.
• Respond promptly to service requests, collaborating with teammates and prioritizing tasks to earn trust and build resident satisfaction.
• Manage the make‑ready schedule by monitoring apartment vacancies daily and initiating the turnover process with painting, cleaning, and repairing.
• Conduct preventive maintenance by performing regular tune‑ups to safeguard equipment and minimize costly repairs.
• Walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.

• 1+ years of hands‑on general maintenance experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Rotating on‑call responsibility for after‑hours emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and/or access to reliable transportation.
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification required; EPA license preferred. Hilltop Residential will cover the cost to obtain the required certification if you meet all other requirements.
