Avalon Bay Communities, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our Georgetown, Texas community.
This full‑time role (40 hours weekly) focuses on diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general systems to keep our apartment homes in top condition. Responsibilities include completing service requests promptly, ensuring vacant homes are rent‑ready, performing preventative maintenance, assisting with interior/exterior painting, and upholding safety policies.
