Experienced Rigger

Georgetown, TX | $32.00 - 40.00 per hour | Temporary Project

Are you an experienced Rigger who takes pride in completing complex equipment moves safely, accurately, and efficiently? Our client is seeking multiple Experienced Riggers to support an upcomingproject near Georgetown, Texas.

In this role, you will work as part of a structured project team responsible for unpacking, moving, and positioning sensitive equipment racks within a large client facility. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong rigging or machinery-moving experience who can take ownership of their work, follow established protocols, and support less-experienced team members.

The project is anticipated to run from September 1 through October 31, 2026
, with the possibility of training beginning earlier.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Unpack, rig, move, and position equipment racks safely and accurately

  • Use electric pallet jacks, standard rigging equipment, and hand tools

  • Position equipment in designated areas according to project requirements

  • Complete or support minor equipment connection work when required

  • Follow instructions and project protocols established by the Head Rigger and client

  • Work closely with client-side engineers and other project team members

  • Support and guide entry-level riggers during daily activities

  • Help the team meet daily equipment-moving targets and project deadlines

  • Identify potential safety concerns and take appropriate action

  • Maintain a professional, organized, and safety-focused work environment

  • Represent the organization with professionalism, accountability, and reliability

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Previous professional rigging, machinery-moving, equipment installation, construction, or industrial project experience

  • Demonstrated experience safely moving and positioning heavy or sensitive equipment

  • Experience using pallet jacks, rigging equipment, and standard hand tools

  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety and compliance requirements

  • Ability to interpret and follow detailed work instructions and project protocols

  • Strong judgment and awareness when working around equipment and other trades

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

  • Strong communication, reliability, and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to support and guide entry-level team members

  • Availability for the anticipated project period of September 1 through October 31, 2026

  • Relevant rigging certification is strongly preferred
