Heavy Equipment Mechanic

HOLT CAT is the largest dealership of heavy equipment in the United States. We have a full-time, 1st shift Heavy Equipment Mechanic position available at our Georgetown, Texas location, which is 2101 Airport Rd, Georgetown, TX 78628. The hours of the position are M-F, 7am to 4pm. This mechanic position is responsible for performing inspections, diagnoses, and repairs of diesel-powered heavy equipment and/or related equipment or components, following established procedures and guidelines.

Can work independently or as a member of a team to provide mechanical services that satisfies customer needs and achieves departmental goals.

Mid-level position – Generally has more than four years of experience and/or demonstrated job relevant knowledge/skills. A Level III Technician has moderate knowledge of the field's standard and technical concepts, practices, and procedures. Level III Technician performs a variety of standard, complex, and technical tasks; is indirectly supervised and self-starting; often a team member on a large project.
