We're a local pest control and holiday lighting operation looking for a motivated, well-rounded technician to join our team. If you take pride in your work and love the idea of earning more when you bring value to customers, this one's for you.

• 30 - 40 Hours per week
• Starting at $18 - 20/hr (with raises as skills and responsibility increase)
• Plus commission when you identify and upsell additional treatments—your hustle directly pays off

• Inspect and treat homes & businesses for ants, roaches, mosquitoes, rodents, termites, wildlife and more
• Apply safe, effective treatments and follow up for lasting results
• Assist with professional lighting installation — including rooflines, gutters, and exterior décor
• Build real relationships with customers and represent our brand with professionalism

• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Comfortable working on roofs and ladders — this is a regular part of the job
• Great attitude and strong customer-facing communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round in Texas weather
• Licensed pesticide applicator a plus — we'll support the right candidate through training

• Own your route — as you prove yourself, you'll take on increasing independence managing your own schedule, customers, and territory
• Lead & mentor — as we hire, you become the experienced one. We promote from within, and the next technician we hire will learn from you
• Move into management — long-term, we're looking for someone who can step into a field supervisor or operations role as the team expands
• Earn more over time — pay raises tied to performance, a growing commission book as your customer relationships deepen, and bonus potential as the business scales

• Paid training & state licensing (no experience required)
• Earn more with performance-based commission

• Two revenue seasons — pest control year-round, lighting installs in the fall/winter
• Serving a growing market across North Austin

Preference will be given to those that live around the areas of operation (i.e., Georgetown, Leander, Liberty Hill, Cedar Park, Round Rock, etc.).
