Field Welder Technician 3 (Line Bore)
Holt CAT in Georgetown, Texas is looking for an experienced Field Welder Technician 3 (Line Bore) that can work independently to perform all aspects of welding repairs, fabrication, torch work, and line boring on heavy construction equipment and related components utilizing HOLT CAT, Caterpillar and AWS Welding Procedures, Standards and Codes in both a shop and field environment. This position will quote jobs, break down prints and procedures to build a material list, order material and provide training to other team members.
In addition to removal, installation, and the repair of heavy equipment components, including undercarriage. Must have a safe driving record. Must be able to obtain a CDL, CDL Class B preferred! Line boring machine experience is highly preferred.
