Bluebonnet Trails Community Services seeks a Youth Outreach Specialist to join the Youth Crisis Outreach Team (YCOT). You will provide crisis intervention, intensive case management, and care coordination for youth in crisis, partnering with the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team to respond 24/7 in schools, ERs, homes and clinics.
The role supports youth for up to 90 days and assists with benefits and vital documents, connecting families to longer-term community supports as needed.
