Parts Dispatcher

The Parts Dispatcher position receives and verifies incoming and outgoing orders and ensures that they arecompleteand recorded in delivery software according to dealership standards. He or she will recognize flow of incoming and outgoing items ensuring a timely distribution to their appropriate locations.

Skills / Qualities Preferred Include:
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity by carefully checking initems from outside vendors, completing proper computer processing or paperwork, and stocking, distributing or storing as appropriate.
  • Stock shelves correctly and carefully inspect all parts for missing parts and used parts in the box.
  • Assist parts drivers with large returns using warehouse equipment. Forklift training will be provided.
  • Unload trucks, sort and stage parts onshelves orfloor for theparts driversto pull for deliveries.
  • Receive shipments from outside vendors and verify both the order and the quantities.
  • Answer internal phone calls from Parts Sales Personnel and assist with requests and concerns.
  • Contact parts drivers with new information including added stops and returns.
  • Input invoice data into delivery software.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
  • Move stock from storage area and stacks efficiently on assigned pallet.
  • Keep a clean working environment and optimize space utilization with movement of bins for optimal arrangement and re-shelving.
  • Safely operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the parts sales process.
  • Complete required training assigned through the company training portal.
  • Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
  • Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Mac Haik Automotive group brand.
  • Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's licenses with acceptable driving record
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening
  • Authorization to work in the USA
