Accountants One is recruiting a hands‑on Senior Accountant for a growing client undergoing major system upgrades (Net Suite + Build Ops). This role supports the Service Division and will also help with Percent‑of‑Completion (POC) / construction project accounting as the Construction Division expands.
What You’ll Do- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and assist with accounting cleanup.
- Support month‑end close, journal entries, allocations, and account research.
- Assist in AP, AR, bank recs, and cash applications as needed.
- Contribute to POC / project accounting and job‑level reporting.
- Support Net Suite and Build Ops setup and implementation.
- Jump in where needed—fast‑paced, varied workload.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (or related).
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Percent‑of‑Completion / construction accounting required.
- Strong reconciliation and problem‑solving skills.
- Tech‑savvy, adaptable, team‑first mindset.
- Onsite Monday–Friday, 8–5.
