** is looking for a motivated accountant to lead our financial department. In this role, you will be responsible for our accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

As our accountant
, you will take ownership of the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial processes. You will work closely with management and external partners to ensure accurate financial records and smooth financial operations.

• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger.
• Process and review accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitor and analyze employee expenses and cost structures.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Handle tax filings and coordination with external tax advisors and auditors.
• Maintain and improve accounting processes and systems.

• Practical experience in accounting or finance.
• Confidence working with accounting software (Quick Books) and Excel.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant professional experience is equally valued.
• CPA or similar certification is a plus, but not required.

• Experience with general ledger and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with AP/AR processes and expense management.
• Experience with budgeting or financial analysis is a plus.
• Experience working in a small or international company environment is an advantage.
