High‑growth company seeking a hands‑on Controller!

A fast‑growing company in the healthcare services industry is seeking a hands‑on Senior Controller to lead day‑to‑day accounting operations during a period of rapid growth and acquisition activity. This role is designed for an accounting leader who stays close to the numbers, directly owns the close, and builds scalable processes.

This is an execution‑focused position, not a review‑only role. The Controller will report directly to the CFO and will partner closely to strengthen and scale the accounting function.

• Own and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Maintain the general ledger, cash and bank reconciliations, intercompany activity, and eliminations
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Build and improve close processes and accounting workflows; support automation where possible
• Serve as the day‑to‑day Net Suite owner for structure, mappings, and reporting integrity
• Lead accounting integration for acquisitions, including chart of accounts alignment and close integration
• Manage and develop accounting staff; review work and ensure deadlines are met
• Support technical accounting matters, audit preparation, and documentation as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA strongly preferred
• 7–12+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Proven, hands‑on ownership of the close process
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Net Suite experience strongly preferred
• Experience in multi‑entity, private equity–backed, or high‑growth environments preferred
