SENIOR ACCOUNTING ANALYST Our client is a small-mid sized high growth company seeking a high-performing Senior Accounting Analyst to support core financial operations and contribute to data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment. Responsibilities include:

Lead critical components of the monthly and quarterly close, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and deliver actionable insights to leadership Maintain general ledger integrity in alignment with applicable accounting standards Partner on financial reporting packages and assist with audit readiness and execution Support internal controls and regulatory compliance initiatives across operations The ideal candidate for this Senior Accounting Analyst role is a motivated accounting professional with a strong technical foundation and a track record of success in rigorous environments.

This role is well-suited for someone eager to grow their career, gain operational exposure, and contribute to system and process improvements. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required 2–4 years of experience, with prior Big 4 audit experience required Exposure to manufacturing or similar operational environments / clients is a plus

Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite preferred) and advanced Excel skills Demonstrated work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and drive for continuous growth Note - seeking Atlanta-based talent exclusively for this opportunity.
