Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager We’re looking for an Accounting Manager to play a key role in driving accurate reporting, strengthening processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role combines hands-on accounting leadership with the opportunity to influence how the business operates and scales. What You’ll Do Lead the year-end audit process and partner with external auditors Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close Oversee financial reporting, general ledger integrity, and compliance activities Review account reconciliations and guide resolution of discrepancies Provide guidance on complex and non-routine transactions Partner with senior leadership (Controller, VP of Accounting, etc.)

on reporting and analysis Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies and internal controls Support cross-functional knowledge sharing and finance initiatives Contribute to special projects and process improvements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 5+ years of progressive accounting experience CPA required Strong knowledge of US GAAP Advanced Excel skills and overall MS Office proficiency Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
