Universal Health Services -  - Responsibilities:
Take ownership of payroll processing by reviewing timecards for accuracy and approvals, and ensuring smooth, on-time bi-weekly payroll processing;
Resolve payroll questions and help ensure compliance with company policies and regulations;
Keep financial operations running efficiently by organizing purchase requests and processing accounts payable items accurately and on schedule;
Manage weekly check runs, including preparing, printing, and distributing accounts payable and payroll checks;
Support annual audits by gathering key documentation, tracking requests, and helping resolve discrepancies
