Accounts Payable Specialist – Nefab Packaging South East, LLC

We are seeking an accounts payable specialist to join our team. The role involves timely and accurate invoice handling, vendor management, and efficient financial operations that support the business. You will be part of the office staff working closely with multiple members of staff to ensure accurate and timely accounts payable processes. You will communicate and cooperate with internal staff and external vendors to support smooth financial operations and maintain payable records and aging.

• Match purchase orders to bills of lading and invoices before entry.
• Enter and post invoices in ERP system.
• Maintain vendor payable files.
• Research and maintain vendor payable aging to ensure timely entry and invoice payments.
• Communicate with vendors on short payments and issues.
• Handle special assignments when requested.
• Reconcile vendor statements with system.

• Associate degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Experience with invoice entry and payment processing.
• Ability to match purchase orders, bills of lading, and invoices accurately.
• Experience maintaining vendor payable files and aging reports.
• Experience processing weekly check runs.
• Ability to work with multiple staff members in a collaborative environment.
• Must have own transportation.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or M3 a plus.
