- Lead month-end closing, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
- Oversee AP/AR and payroll functions
- Partner with business teams (operations, sales) to ensure accuracy of financial flows
- Leverage ERP systems and financial tools to enhance reporting and visibility
- Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Supervise and develop accounting staff
- Support team members in implementing process improvements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal accounting policies
- Support ERP migration (data preparation, testing, validation)
- Support tax compliance and audits
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (ideally in a manufacturing environment)
- Strong understanding of accounting processes, GAAP, and IFRS
- ERP experience;
Microsoft Dynamics experience and previous involvement in ERP implementations/migrations is a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and lead teams
- Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities to meet deadlines
- Cross-functional communication skills
- Self-motivated to make a positive impact
- Proven ability to drive process improvements
