SHIPPING & ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR
LOCATION: LAKE PARK - GEORGIA
SHIFT: DAYS
REPORTS TO: OPERATIONS MANAGER
Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Shipping & Accounting Coordinator responsible for providing support for both shipping operations and accounting functions as well as maintaining accurate shipping, inventory, and financial records while ensuring timely processing of shipments, invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related documentation. Serves as a liaison between operations, customers, vendors, and the accounting department. - Provide support for shipping operations and accounting functions.
- Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and financial records.
- Ensure timely processing of shipments, invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between operations, customers, vendors, and the accounting department.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass pre‑employment screening requirements.
- Associate degree.
- One to three years of experience in shipping, logistics, accounting, administration, or a related field.
