This role is perfect for someone coming from a smaller-company environment who enjoys being in the weeds, leading a team, and helping build scalable processes as the company grows.

• Own the month-end close and keep the team on track with deadlines.
• Apply Percent-of-Completion accounting to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Roll up sleeves with the accounting details while mentoring a small team (2–3 staff).
• Play a key role in an upcoming ERP/software implementation.
• Supervise AP, AR, and Staff/Senior Accountant while mentoring for growth.
• Ensure GAAP compliance with a focus on Percent-of-Completion revenue recognition
  .
• Partner with leadership on reporting, audits, and compliance.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA or CPA-track a plus).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Percent-of-Completion accounting
  .
• Experience in a smaller company ($20M–$50M range) preferred.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable improving systems and processes.
• Annual Bonus: $5,000
• PTO: 3 weeks
