FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance‑defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Our premium brand is used primarily on bicycles, side‑by‑side vehicles, on‑road vehicles with and without off‑road capabilities, off‑road vehicles and trucks, all‑terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks. Some of our products are specifically designed for and marketed to a variety of leading cycling and powered vehicle original equipment manufacturers ("OEMs"), while others are distributed to consumers through a global dealer and distribution network.

Supervises and coordinates activities of the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate posting of business transactions, invoice processing, and financial data verification for maintaining accounts payable records. Works with other departments to assure timely and accurate invoicing.

• Oversees accounts payable activities involving payments of invoices received, approvals, correcting records, resolving errors, and maintaining the accounts payable ledger.
• Reviews accounts payable records for accuracy and completeness.
• Establishes and implements procedures.
• Assures timely and accurate payment of invoices according to company terms and conditions.
• Makes recommendations to improve quality of accounting procedures.
• Ensures weekly reports are prepared and are accurate.
• Maintains sound and timely communication with operational managers and all levels of management.
• Works in a team environment and collaborates with multiple departments to problem‑solve and bring improved processes.

• Superior spreadsheet skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge and understanding of Accounting and Finance rules and regulations.
• Strong leadership capabilities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related area, or equivalent relevant experience (preferred).

Experience: 3+ years of finance/accounting experience.

ERP experience with Infor or Oracle (a plus). ZOHO CRM and Analytics experience (a plus).

Office environment. Ability to sit for long periods of time. Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for short periods of time. Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer.
