Accounts Receivable Clerk

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for efficiently handling incoming payments and maintaining accurate financial records. You will review and process invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and engage in collection efforts to ensure timely payments.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are your assets in this role.

• Administer follow‑ups on overdue accounts to ensure clients make timely payments
• Update the accounting system by accurately logging received payments
• Work alongside the finance team to optimize accounts receivable workflows and increase productivity
• Document comprehensive records of accounts receivable transactions for audit and reporting needs
• Manage customer account reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are addressed promptly

• Experience with Net Suite is preferred
• Experience with Accounts Receivable preferred
• Getting in the game, owning mistakes, telling the truth, teamwork, and striving to learn are a must
