Key Responsibilities for the Property Accountant:

• Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of 10–12 properties as a Property Accountant

• Handle month-end close, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Oversee cash management: AP review, bill processing, and cash flow analysis

• Present financials and support calls; act as a client-facing Property Accountant

• Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions

Qualifications for the Property Accountant:

• 2+ years of experience as a Property Accountant within multifamily real estate

• Proven ability to produce financial statements as a Property Accountant

• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting

• Yardi experience preferred for a Property Accountant
