We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing general accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting month‑end and year‑end close processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Rockmart, GA
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage and execute month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
• Oversee and mentor junior accounting staff
• Assist with process improvements and system implementations
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–7+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Net Suite, SAP, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
