Atlanta Metro Area | $115K–$125K base salary + bonus | Onsite, 5 day/week in office

Our client, a well-established and growing commercial services organization, is seeking a Construction Accounting Manager to take ownership of the accounting and financial reporting for a rapidly expanding construction division. The role offers significant visibility, direct interaction with senior leadership, and the opportunity to partner with operations to drive business performance.

Take ownership of the accounting and financial reporting functions for the construction division, including WIP reporting, percentage-of-completion accounting, job costing, and GAAP month-end close processes.

Partner with operations to help drive business performance and improve reporting.

• 5+ years of construction accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of WIP reporting, percentage-of-completion accounting, and job costing
• Solid understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes
• Experience in a privately held or growth-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Comfortable with a 5-day/week onsite requirement
