Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join the ETC team to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting and will assist with daily accounting tasks, financial record-keeping, payroll processing using Paycom, and month-end close activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts

Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting

Process payroll using Paycom software, ensuring accuracy and timely submission

Support internal and external audits

Maintain documentation of financial processes and internal controls

Assist in improving accounting systems and procedures
