Overview

NOW HIRING – ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST. This is a high-volume role requiring state tax experience.

Location:

Lithia Springs / Douglasville area. In-office, full-time, non-smoking facility.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This position is not remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities

Process invoices daily
Process payments
Collections
Billing

Qualifications

5+ years of recent and stable Accounts Receivable experience
State Sales Tax experience required
High-volume A/R processing experience
Strong Microsoft Excel and Office 365 skills
Experience with Cloud Suite or Cloud-Based ERP systems preferred
Detail-oriented and able to work with a high volume of small parts/invoices
Professional communication and strong customer service skills
Experience in medical, retail, restaurant, or call center environments will not be considered

Additional Information

Industry experience:
Distribution, Manufacturing, Building Materials, or Plumbing Equipment is a PLUS
Must have reliable transportation; position may require travel to local company locations
