Overview of the Position: /p>

The Accounting Associate (AR) assists with all responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable and/or general administrative responsibilities of the Accounting function.

Duties and Responsibilities:

eneral: ul> li>Process information used in financials li>Reconcile accounts and reports li>Enter journal entries li>Process and print financials and other financial reports as assigned li>Maintain accounting records as assigned such as commissions li>Research, file, and help in other accounting areas as needed li>Assist controller to help resolve problems with customers as needed li>Maintain inventory of supplies for the office and breakroom /ul> ccounts Receivable: ul> li>Generate invoices li>Process credit applications li>Negotiate with customers to collect past due amounts and resolve problems li>Issue credit memos and adjust customer accounts as required li>Receive payments and post amount paid to customer accounts li>Help with financials in areas relating to accounts receivable and sales /ul> ther Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: ul> li>Excellent interpersonal skills li>Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks li>Exhibit honest and ethical behavior and is an effective communicator li>Must have demonstrated computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and data entry /ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
