Staff Accountant
Robert Half is seeking a staff accountant to join our full-time engagement professionals practice. This is a permanent, full-time, onsite role where you will represent Robert Half as an employee, working onsite with clients on exciting accounting projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support audit requests and prepare necessary documentation
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency
